Skuteczna praca nad projektami wymaga:

Experience of 5 years or more
Deep understanding of Data Governance principles and practices
Experience in developing and implementing data governance strategies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards such as GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection standards
Experience with data governance and data quality assurance tools (e.g. Collibra, Informatica, Alation, etc.)
Understanding of metadata management and data cataloguing principles
Experience with a variety of databases and technologies for data processing.
Knowledge of data security techniques and tools

What to do:

Develop and implement data management strategies and policies to ensure data quality, security and availability
Establish and maintain procedures for metadata management and data cataloguing
Ensuring data compliance with regulatory requirements and data protection standards (e.g. GDPR)
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data governance practices
Developing and delivering data governance training for company employees
Developing and implementing data quality monitoring and reporting methods
Ensuring data security and protection from unauthorised access
Participating in presales and working with customer requirements:
Evaluating customer requirements (RFP)
Estimating and leading the estimating team
Proposing solutions and presenting them
Creating MVPs and conducting POCs to demonstrate solutions
